Oddly Poetic partners with Printify, a global print-on-demand fulfillment network. All products are made to order once your purchase is placed.

Processing Time

All items are custom printed and produced after purchase.

Production time is typically two to five business days.

Shipping Time

After production, orders ship according to the carrier selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: three to seven business days
  
• Canada: five to ten business days
  
• International: ten to twenty business days
  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs, and seasonal demand.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Oddly Poetic is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
